PTE

PTE stands for Pearson Test of English which is a computer based English proficiency test for students and migration application across the world. This format of test is accepted by universities in the USA, UK, and Australia amongst other.

It is created by Pearson languages tests and endorsed by GMCA (Graduate Management Admission Council) owners of GMAT (Graduate Management Assessment Test). During the two-hour test session there are three main parts in the test: speaking and writing (together), listening, and reading tests. There are 22 questions asked in the test.
